Return & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every customer. Please take a moment to review our return and cancellation policy before making a purchase.

Return Policy

We strongly encourage all buyers to be certain of the model and purchase details prior to placing an order. Returns are honored only within 48 hours of receiving the item and only if the product is not as described.

We do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse,” change of mind, or personal preference.

Additional return conditions:

  • The 48-hour window begins from the date and time the shipment is marked as delivered.
  • The return request must be submitted in writing and approved before sending the item back.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging.
  • If the item shows signs of use, is missing accessories, has been sized, or has had factory stickers removed, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy (If Your Order Was Fulfilled)

  • Credit Card Payments: A non-refundable credit card processing fee will apply. As of now, this fee is 3.5%, but it may vary depending on your card issuer and whether the card is domestic or international.
  • Wire Transfers: The full amount is refundable if the return is approved and all return criteria are met.
  • Trade-ins, special orders, and exception cases are subject to a restocking fee of up to 8%.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@affordableswisswatchesinc.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if your request is approved.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues Upon Arrival

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If the watch is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
